For today's review, we will be looking at The Ultimate Spider-Man from the Walmart exclusive, Ultimate Spider-Man, and Vulture two-pack.
The Marvel Legends Series is a Mid-Tier toy line that both collectors and non-collectors alike would be interested in. With multiple scales ranging from 4 inches to 12 inches and a good mix of detail and articulation, these figures tend to look good both inside and outside of the box.
This Spider-Man that comes in the box is not the Ultimate Spider-Man from the comic books. This one is based on the Ultimate Spider-Man TV show from DisneyXD. Since we got an Ultimate Spider-Man just this past year it was nice of Hasbro to give us something new for this Two-Pack.
Packaging:
Before we open this, let's take a look at the packaging.
Spider-Man comes packed in the stranded Marvel Legends Series two-pack box that we have been seeing the past few years. You have the Legends Series logo at the top. Both Spider-Man and Vulture are clearly displayed in the middle through the large window that showcases the figures and the accessories well. This gives great visibility for those collectors that may not be opening it. On the bottom left you to have the WALMART EXCLUSIVE sticker, as you can only find this two-pack at Walmart. Below that you have the Ultimate Spider-Man logo with the names of both Spider-Man and Vulture on either side.
On the left side of the box, you have some artwork of the Ultimate Spider-Man.
The back of the box shows the promo picture with both Spider-Man and Vulture ready to throw it down. On the left, you also get a picture of Ultimate Spider-Man #90, the 1st appearance of the Ultimate Vulture.
Turning the box to the other side we get some artwork of the Vulture.
Outside of the Box:
Let's open the box and take a closer look at The Ultimate Spider-Man.
Right out of the box you can see that we have Spider-Man in his red and blue costume. The only main differences in this Spider-Man from the one that was released a few months ago is the paint, its a deeper blue, and the arms, this Spider-Man does not have the red webs going all the way down the arm. It is done this way to make him look like the Spider-Man from the Ultimate Spider-Man TV show.

Lets take a look and see what The Ultimate Spider-Man comes with.

Articulation:
How can we pose The Ultimeate Spider-Man? Lets find out!
Ultimate Spider-Man's articulation includes the following:
Hinged Ball Jointed Head - allows you to swivel the head 360 degrees and tilt the head back and forth.
Ball Hinged Shoulders - gives the arm 360-degree rotation and also the ability to raise and lower the arm.
Double Jointed Elbows - this allows you to bend the arm back to have the hands near the shoulders.
Swivel Hinge Wrists - allows you to turn his wrists in a full 360-degree circle while also bending them up and down.
Ab Crunch - this cut lets you be able to bend the figure front and back at the Abs.
Waist Swivel - this lets you be able to turn the figure around 360 degrees at the waist.
Ball Jointed Legs - with this it allows the legs to move out to the side along with some front and back motion, the skirt doesn't limit you too much on the movement.
Upper Thigh Swivel - the leg can rotate around a full 360 degrees.
Double Jointed Knees - joint allows you to bend the leg itself all the way back to the butt of the figure.
Hinged Ankles with rockers - The ankle hinge allows you to bend the foot front and back. The rockers allow you to rock the ankles towards the outside and inside of the legs of the figure.

How does this figures size compare to others?
The Ultimate Spider-Man stands just at 5.5" tall
First up we have the Ultimate Spider-Man standing with the Miles Morales Spider-Man
Next, we also have The Ultimate Spider-Man standing with his box mate, The Ultimate Vulture and "Pizza Eating" Spider-Man from the Hobgoblin Build-a-Figure wave.

What are Baby Huey's scores for the figure?
Paint Job: 4/5
The paint job on Spider-Man is on point. The blue is a very nice deep blue and the red paint Hasbro used is thick enough that I don't see any blue bleeding through
Figure Sculpt: 3/5
The only real knock on this kid body that Hasbro has been using is that it does not have any butterfly joints in the upper torso. A figure like Spider-Man needs them. Hasbro you made it work on the Civil War Spider-Man who is the same size so why not on this one?
Posing / Durability: 3/5
Posing Spider-Man is a lot of fun, however, this mold is always showing signs of mold derogation. Every time the mold gets re-released the joints are loser and loser. This normally doesn't happen this fast but in the past 18+ months, we have already had this mold used 3 times for 3 different Spider-Men.
Overall Score/Final Thoughts: 3.3/5
This set is worth picking up just for the Vulture figure alone. Spider-Man, while it was nice to get a cartoon version of him it was not needed and we could have maybe got a different figure altogether.
