Deadpool 3 is in the MCU and R

Oh my God… Oh my God… It’s actually happening. Everything we wanted to hear was just confirmed by Kevin Feige! That’s right, Deadpool will not only have an R rating, but it will definitely take place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We all hoped for this but assumed it would be one or the other. An R rating, but won’t cross over with the established Marvel movie playground - or Deadpool gets to join his “friends” (or heartmate as for Spider-Man… google it). Here is what Kevin had to say -

“It will be rated R and we are working on a script right now, and Ryan’s overseeing a script right now… It will not be [filming] this year. Ryan is a very busy, very successful actor. We’ve got a number of things we’ve already announced that we now have to make, but it’s exciting for it to have begun. Again, a very different type of character in the MCU, and Ryan is a force of nature, which is just awesome to see him bring that character to life.”

I can not wait to see how this changes things at Marvel Studios, and here’s hoping we get a cameo in something soon. The advertising for the Deadpool movies, where Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool would release little PSAs that were as funny as any joke in either movie. I can only imagine how they will change with the house of mouse seemingly ok with wade playing with their toys.
