Joss Whedon to Direct Standalone Batgirl Movie!
Variety is reporting that Joss Whedon has been enlisted to helm a Batgirl solo feature for Warner Bros., which will be the latest entry to their ever-growing DC Films Universe.
Whedon will also write and produce the yet untitled Batgirl standalone movie. This will be his first film since Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Toby Emmerich, Jon Berg, and Geoff Johns will oversee the feature for the studio.
