Welcome back dear Firesiders. Today we are not going to talk about the news like we normally do. There is really only one story that deserves the spotlight, and thats moarning and celebrating Chadwick Bosman who sadly passed away at the age of 43. When Black Panther first came out we had Ismail Amir on the show (who hosted a podcast at the time about Black Culture, especially in Philly) to talk, not only about the Comic side of the movie, but also its cultural relevance. Today Amir joins Mendte, Maurer, and Features again to help celebrate the life and achievements of Chadwick; from his performances, to his charitable work, to who he was as a person, how he saw the world, and how he influenced it. It’s a sad day. Rest in peace. Rest in power. Wakanda Forever.
